Nimbus Novem fulfills and ships all products sold directly through its website. Orders are processed and dispatched according to the timelines outlined below.
Processing Time
Most orders for in-stock Nimbus Novem apparel and products are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days of the order being placed.
Limited-release and made-to-order items can require additional preparation time. When that applies, the product page or your order confirmation will state the expected window.
Shipping Time
Once a package leaves our facility, estimated transit time is:
- Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs
These windows are estimates provided by the carrier. They are not guarantees and can shift due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.
Regions Served
We currently ship to the United States and to most international destinations served by our carriers. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us — we may be able to arrange shipping case-by-case.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address on file. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to register activity with the carrier after the label is created.
If you don't receive a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder and then reach out to us.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Delays and Lost Packages
If a package is delayed beyond the upper end of the shipping window, or if tracking shows it was delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or, where applicable, arrange a replacement.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Nimbus Novem is not responsible for lost or stolen items, but we will assist in filing claims with the carrier where possible.
Packages confirmed delivered by the carrier and reported missing after 14 days may not be eligible for replacement.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address if the order has not yet shipped, but once a package is in transit we are not able to redirect it. Re-shipment costs for returned-to-sender packages caused by an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility.
