Returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Nimbus Novem handles returns and refunds for products sold directly through its website. This policy applies to those purchases unless otherwise stated. Marketplace transactions handled by independent sellers are addressed in the Vault Marketplace Purchases section below.
Eligibility
You may request a return or refund on most physical Nimbus Novem apparel and products within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- In its original, unworn, and unwashed condition
- Free of stains, odors, alterations, or damage
- Accompanied by the original packaging and any included tags
- Verifiable as a Nimbus Novem order (we may ask for the order number or confirmation email)
Items that do not meet the return conditions outlined above may be refused or returned to the customer.
How to Request a Return
Email us at officialnimbusnovem@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address. Please do not ship items back without first contacting us — unannounced returns may not be processed.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest path is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. If a specific exchange is required, contact us and we will help where stock allows.
Final-Sale and Limited Items
Some items — including limited-release drops, gift cards, digital downloads, and items explicitly marked “Final Sale” on the product page — are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law or in the case of a defect.
Where final-sale rules apply, the product page will state this clearly before purchase.
Vault Marketplace Purchases
The Vault is a separate marketplace where independent creators may showcase or sell their own products. Returns and refunds for Vault purchases are handled by the respective seller, who is the merchant of record for that transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise on the listing. The seller's stated return policy applies. If you are unable to reach a seller, contact us and we will help where we can.
