Terms for creators who sell through Nimbus Novem.

Ownership & Rights
You own your work. Nimbus Novem does not claim ownership of anything you create or list.
By listing on Nimbus Novem, you confirm:
- You own or have the rights to sell the products you list
- Your listings do not infringe on the rights of others
- You have the authority to set pricing and resale terms
Product Responsibility
As a seller, you are responsible for:
- Product quality and accurate descriptions
- Fulfillment, shipping, and delivery
- Responding to buyer inquiries and issues
Nimbus Novem does not guarantee seller products. We facilitate the transaction — the relationship is between you and your buyer.
Pricing & Resale Rules
You set your own prices. If your product supports resale:
- You may define resale pricing rules (including price floors)
- You may define royalty percentages on secondary sales
- You may set maximum resale limits per asset
Nimbus Novem enforces these rules through its ownership system. Resale prices may not drop below the original sale price.
Royalty System
Nimbus Novem provides an automatic royalty system for secondary sales:
- Royalties are calculated and distributed automatically
- Each resale generates earnings for the original creator
- Royalty rates may scale with transaction volume
- The ownership lineage of each asset is permanently tracked
Creators continue to earn from their work as it moves through the community. Value flows back to the source.
Prohibited Behavior
Sellers may not:
- Sell counterfeit or stolen goods
- Misrepresent products or their origins
- Manipulate transactions or exploit the system
- Use urgency tactics or deceptive pricing
Payouts
- Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect
- Sellers receive their share after successful transactions
- Platform fees are deducted transparently at the time of sale
Payout schedules follow standard Stripe processing timelines. Nimbus Novem does not hold funds beyond what is necessary for fraud prevention.
Returns & Disputes
Sellers are expected to:
- Handle customer issues fairly and promptly
- Respond to disputes within a reasonable timeframe
- Maintain fair resolution practices
Unresolved disputes may be escalated. Nimbus Novem may intervene to protect buyer trust and platform integrity.
Account Enforcement
Nimbus Novem may, when necessary:
- Remove listings that violate these terms
- Restrict selling privileges
- Freeze payouts during investigation
- Suspend seller accounts
Enforcement is applied privately and proportionally. We explain what happened and why. No public shaming.
Platform Role
Nimbus Novem is:
- A facilitator of commerce between creators and their audience
- Not the direct seller of any third-party product
- Not liable for individual seller actions or product quality
