Payments & Refunds

All payments on Nimbus Novem are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider.

• Nimbus Novem does not store your full payment details
• Transactions are encrypted in transit and at rest
• Duplicate payments are prevented through idempotency safeguards

Products sold through Nimbus Novem are offered by independent creators. Nimbus Novem acts as a platform and transaction facilitator, not the seller of record.

Sellers are responsible for:

• Product quality and accuracy of descriptions
• Fulfillment and shipping (for physical goods)
• Delivery of digital assets

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product:

• Physical products: May be eligible for refunds if not delivered or if defective. Contact the seller directly.
• Digital products (music, downloads): Non-refundable once delivered, unless the file is corrupted or inaccessible.
• Event tickets: Refund policies are set per event by the organizer.

When ownership transfers on purchase, the transaction is considered complete. This protects both buyers and creators.

If a payment dispute arises:

• The seller is responsible for dispute resolution
• Nimbus Novem may provide transaction records to facilitate resolution
• Repeated disputes may result in account restrictions

We encourage resolving issues directly with the seller before filing a chargeback with your payment provider.

For physical products:

• Sellers should ship within a reasonable timeframe (recommended: 3 business days)
• Tracking information should be provided when available
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are set by the seller

Nimbus Novem takes a small percentage of each transaction to sustain the platform. Fees are:

• Disclosed transparently before listing
• Applied consistently — no hidden escalation
• Used to maintain the space, not to extract value

To protect the integrity of the marketplace, Nimbus Novem reserves the right to:

• Cancel suspicious transactions
• Freeze payouts pending investigation
• Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity

These protections exist for everyone — buyers and sellers alike.
